In the 1950's and 1960's Many Country Songs Were So Popular, Other Artists,
Sometimes the Original, Would Record An "Answer" Version. This Collection
Captures the Best of These "Answers", and Pairs Them With the Original Hit.

Most "Answers" Use the Melody of the Original, While Telling the Opposite
Side of the Story. "I'll Pick Up The Pieces" Takes A Different Path, Both
Musically and Lyrically. The Melody Is Different, But Uses A Similar
Arrangement To Allow Recognition.

Instead of A Direct Answer, the Story Is Told From the Perspective of the
Girl Who Wants To Be the New Love of Patsy Cline's Old Flame. The One
Who Tells Patsy To "...Find Someone Else To Love".

Gerrie Lynn Is Having None of That. She Places The Blame For
the Situation On the Other Woman
